Your little angel is here. Your body is exhausted but in the same time full of energy. You discovered completely new level of love, the “unlimited one”. Your memories for this moment will fade, but feeling you will remember forever.
PLANNING
Few weeks before your due date it is right time to contact me and book an approximate date. Once your little beauty is born to world, please send me quick text and we fix a date. I recommend to schedule photo session within two weeks, when baby is still in “sleeping beauty” stage.
Studio is well equipped to well accommodate you and your little one for the photo session. Under special circumstances and needs, I can also provide photo session at your home. Please contact me for more details.
There is no downpayment fee needed to reserve your date, though I would like to be informed about changes as soon as possible. Prior to photo session, I will send you contract, so you have enough time to read and mark your preferences.
PREPARATION
We will keep close communication about your ideas and expectations. We will discuss ideas on posing, lighting, wardrobe and style. Your photoshoot is personalized to make you and your baby feel and look most stunning. Don’t hesitate to send me in advance any photo you particularly like, maybe because of pose, or because of color tint, or setting and we can try to create similar.
WARDROBE & PROPS
Newborn photo session includes three set of composition. White “pure” is base for beautiful soft photos of your baby, great occasion to use white or light clothing and take few photos of naked baby. Second set is more thematic : flower, nature, baskets, boxes, moon, and we will prepare in advance based on your wish. Third set is simple, with black background. Attention is focused on expression the emotions and love between baby and their parents.
We will use each setting to its most and move to another one. In all sets, I take individual photos of baby, photos with parents and siblings, as well as some macro photos on hands, feet and face.
PHOTOSHOOT
My priority is to keep you and your baby comfortable and safe all the time.
We will change baby´s clothes and giving them time to eat and relax in parent arms, so try to set your feeding time to after arrival to studio. It is only matter of time when baby will fall asleep and we will be able to work on photos with them. It gives us approximately 20-30 min for photo-shooting.
Studio needs to be bit warmer for the photo session, because baby will be undressed for some time, so we want them to be comfortable and safe. Therefore, it is important to have light clothes, so you feel comfortable yourself.
For photo session at your home, we will need to get in touch about possibilities and composition.
AFTER YOUR PHOTOSESSION
I make primary selection of photos to be further processed. Professional retouching is included in your session. I specialize in detail editing but creating natural look. I will consult with you on the way about your preferences and liking, until we reach perfect result.
YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS
Within few weeks after your photo session you will receive high-quality retouch photographs. You will receive electronic invoice. You will have granted access to your personal gallery, where will be photos in jpeg format available to download.
My studio offers high-quality archival prints on fine-art paper as well as many other high-quality papers. You can find more information about them in price list.
